Set close to the owners’ charming oast house home, it is within a short stroll of the village shop, tea room and pubs serving food. The medieval town of Lewes, Battle Abbey, Bodium Castle, Glyndebourne and the seaside resort of Eastbourne are just a few of the places of interest within easy reach. Bewl Water, with bird watching, passenger cruises and trout fishing, the Bentley Waterfowl Collection and the Bluebell Railway are all nearby and the South Downs afford wonderful walking.

A fantastic cottage holiday, close to the village to go for an evening meal/drink, 15/20 minutes from Eastbourne & Brighton in the car, with loads of things to do in the area. Lovely owners not at all intrusive but there if you need them, the bottle of milk & bottle of wine was a nice gesture.
